ASK Investment Managers Private Limited (ASK Investment Managers) acts as investment advisors to the following Offshore Funds:

a. India Value Investments Limited, Mauritius (www.invil.mu)

INVIL, a Mauritius domiciled co-mingled GBP denominated Net Asset Value based offshore fund was launched in 1995. INVIL, built around `Growth’ style, was adjudged the best performing India Dedicated Offshore Fund by Forsyth Partners, UK, for the 1-Year ended 31.12.03 and 3-Year period 31.12.01 - 28.02.05. Besides, it was also assigned Standard & Poor’s Fund Management Rating of ‘A’.

b. India Emerging Opportunities Fund, Mauritius (www.ieof.com)

IEOF is a multi share class structure operating under the FII aegis of CIM Asset Management, Mauritius. IEOF offers a blend of segregated portfolios built around any of the investment concepts/share classes described elsewhere in this document and pooled NAV based portfolios/share classes to all eligible investors. This is the largest offshore advisory mandate of ASKIM with assets made up of participation by institutions including sovereign wealth investors, family offices, insurance company and high net worth private clients from across geographies, GCC and Africa being the leading regions followed by Europe.

c. Osprey Fonds – Indien Inside (www.aquila-capital.de)

Launched in late 2005 by Aquila Capital Group, Germany, Osprey Fonds – Indien Inside is an NAV based pooled fund dedicated to investing in listed Indian equities. These funds are open only to Foreign Nationals.
