Mr. Sunil Rohokale spearheads the ASK Group initiatives along with the subsidiary companies.

Prior to joining ASK Group, Mr. Sunil Rohokale worked with ICICI Home Finance, the largest mortgage company in India and a wholly owned subsidiary of ICICI bank, as the Managing Director and CEO. He was a member of the core team that started the mortgage business of ICICI Bank in 1999. Under his leadership, the bank achieved a leadership position in the business. He is amongst the rare breed of professionals with experience in assets, liabilities and investments. Mr. Sunil Rohokale enjoys strong credentials in setting up new businesses and building strong professional teams that deliver results.

Mr. Amit Bhagat is CEO and Managing Partner of ASK Property Investment Advisors (ASK PIA) Pvt. Ltd. Amit is a Chartered Accountant.

He has spent more than a decade and half in the field of financial services including Investment Banking. He has spent more than a decade in the mortgage and real estate business. Mr. Amit Bhagat worked in various capacities in ICICI Bank including as National Credit Head for mortgage division.

His earlier assignment was the Head of ICICI Property Services which comprised transactions, investment banking, research & advisory. ICICI Property Services became one of the largest players and syndicated a significant amount of private equity on behalf of domestic and offshore investors in various real estate projects across the country.

He has overseen over US $ 300 Million of real estate private equity investments, supervised leasing mandates of over 3.5 million sq ft of commercial space and overseen sale transactions of over 2500 residential & commercial properties as Head of ICICI Property Services Group.

Mr. Raman Iyer is a Director of Asset Management of ASK PIA. He brings extensive real estate, construction and project management experience to the board, having been involved in the real estate, construction and consulting industry for over 15 years. Raman is a Masters in Financial Management and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.

His most recent experience was as Head of Asset management for Walton Street India Real Estate Advisors Pvt. Ltd., He was responsible for completing all activities with regards to deal closing, right from finalizing the term sheet, carrying out the necessary due diligence, getting the development approvals, which finally culminates into commencement of construction. Walton Street Capital is a Chicago based PE fund which has invested close to $140 Mn in Indian real estate, the asset management for which was handled by Raman and his team.

In his previous years, he also worked in various capacities in ICICI Home Finance, the latest one being the National Head for the Real Estate Research & Advisory division where he has advised a large Indian construction conglomerate into their maiden foray into real estate with a 2 million sft IT Park in Mumbai.. Prior assignments included senior positions at Shapoorji Pallonji, a large Indian construction firm with global presence. Raman has executed large landmark projects in Mumbai including the tallest residential towers in India at Tardeo, Mumbai and some key overseas projects in Mauritius.

Mr. Lakshmipathi Chockalingam has over 14 years of experience in financial services industry. He had spent over 8 years in ICICI Bank, specializing in real estate and mortgages business. He was a member of the core team that had set up the mortgages business for ICICI Bank in Southern region of India . During his tenure, the bank achieved market leadership and also created significant developer relationships. He was also instrumental in setting up the mortgages business in Russia for ICICI Bank. He was the Head of Retail business group of Russian subsidiary of ICICI Bank and also the nominated executive board member of the Bank in Russia.

Deepak is a Civil Engineer and holds a Masters degree in Construction Management. He has over 12 years of experience in the Asset Management, Project Management and Real Estate Valuations. His recent experience has been with India REIT, where he was heading the Asset Management team and monitoring 22 projects with more than 40 million sq ft under development across India . He was overseeing a team of asset managers located across 5 cities (Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad & Chennai) with over 29 million sq ft of Residential projects, 12 million sq ft of Commercial projects & 1.7 million sq ft of Retail developments as Head of Asset Management - IndiaReit. He has also worked with ICICI Home Finance & Mahindra Constructions.

He is a Chartered Accountant. Chetan has post qualification experience of 10 years of which last seven years have been in real estate financing and lending. His recent experience was as Associate Director – Origination and Underwriting for Hypo Real Estate (HRE), India and his responsibilities included sourcing, creating credit framework, risk analysis and structuring deals of real estate transactions. HRE is a German bank focused on lending for real estate and infrastructure projects across the globe and has invested close to $300 million in Indian real estate.

Before HRE, Chetan has worked as Chief Manager in ICICI Bank in the Corporate and Realty Finance department. ICICI Bank had the largest real estate loan book amongst all the lenders in India . He started his career with Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS) in their investment management arm and was part of the team which managed the "AIG Indian Sectoral Equity Fund".

Abhimanyu is a Civil Engineering graduate from Chennai University (erstwhile University of Madras). He brings on board extensive experience in project feasibility & valuation, design, project management and construction of real estate developments including residential & commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels and townships.

Prior to joining ASK PIA, Abhimanyu was working with ICICI Home Finance Company for over 3 years during which, he established and maintained relationships with various International Private Equity Investors and assisted them in seeking appropriate real estate investment opportunities across India. During the course he developed associations with several real estate developers including acquiring knowledge of top tier I & II cities in regards to real estate developments, growth corridors, demographics, etc. He lead investments into mixed use townships projects in western and Central India, residential condominiums in Central India and a 2 Million Sqft Retail Mall in North India with a maximum investment in a single project being US$ 75 Million. At ICICI HFC he also provided Investment & Project Monitoring Services for Real Estate projects to Private Equity Investors who have already invested in India.

His other associations during his career spanning over 14 years since post graduation in 1996 were with Godrej Properties Limited – a reputed, listed real estate developer from Mumbai, Hincon Techno Consultants Limited, Consulting Engineering Services (I) Private Limited and Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Limited. He has worked on large projects like LAVASA - an 8500 acre city development project near Pune, Godrej Waterside - a 2.2 Million sqft IT/ ITES Development in Kolkata and the Mumbai - Pune Expressway, a six lane expressway connecting Mumbai and Pune.
