Q: I am currently in another industry and wish to pursue a career with ASK, will my application be considered?

A: All applications will be considered in accordance with the requirements of the role. It may not be possible for us to revert to applications we cannot consider.

Q: What do you look for in a candidate when making a hiring decision?

A: We look at a variety of factors when considering candidates. Education, professional background and current and previous work experience are all factors that weigh into the decision-making process.

Q: I have submitted my application for a position a month ago, but have not received any response. Do I need to re-submit my resume or follow-up?

A: No, you are not required to re-submit your resume as it would already have been captured in our database and we do searches for suitable matches on a continuous basis. Our representatives from Recruitment will surely get in touch with you in the event of your suitability to any of our open positions.

Q: If I am considered unsuitable for a position, will I be informed?

A: Unfortunately, only short-listed candidates will be notified.

Q: Will I be sent for training courses to upgrade my skills?
