Asit Koticha
Asit is the Chairman and founder promoter of the ASK group. He has over two and half decades of experience in the Indian capital markets and is highly regarded in the Indian financial markets. He has featured in CNBC TV18's "Wizards of Dalal Street". Over the years the ASK group under Asit's mentorship has developed independent and focused expertise in the areas of Equity Research, Asset Management (both Equities and Real Estate), Financial Planning and Wealth Advisory.
Sameer Koticha
He is the Director and co-founder of the ASK group. He has been actively involved in the capital market for over 2 decades. Jointly with the CEO he is responsible for providing vision and direction in managing Asset management and financial planning businesses. Sameer has been actively involved in new Strategic initiatives for the group and development of Global relationships and Business Development activities, both Domestic & Offshore.
Bharat Shah
Bharat is the Director of the ASK Group. He has 17 years of experience in the Indian capital markets and has featured in CNBC TV18's "Wizards of Dalal Street". Prior to joining the group he has worked for 8 years as CIO (Chief Investment Officer) of Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd., Mumbai. He brings with him valuable experience and deep insight into capital markets, strong track record of performance, maturity and pervasive interface with the Indian corporate world.
Mukarram Bhagat
Mukarram is the Executive Director in the holding company of the group. He has a track record of successfully managing existing and new business / companies in the financial services sector. He has built strong market positions, leading brands and profitable operations. His three decades of experience spans the areas of Mutual Funds, Equity Broking, Bond Analytics, Financial Media, Economics and Financial Markets Database Services. In the past he has served as the resident editor of the Economic Times based out of Mumbai.
Sunil Rohokale
Sunil has joined the group as Executive Director in the holding company of the group. He joined the group from ICICI Home Finance, the largest mortgage company in India and a wholly owned subsidiary of ICICI bank, where he was the Managing Director and CEO. He was a member of the core team that started the mortgage business of ICICI Bank in 1999. Under his leadership the bank achieved a leadership position in the business. He is amongst the rare breed of professionals with experience in the retail segment on both assets and liabilities side. He enjoys strong credentials in setting up new businesses and building strong professional teams that deliver results.
Rajesh Saluja
Rajesh is the CEO and Managing Partner of ASK Wealth Advisors. Prior to joining ASK Wealth Advisors he was with the Standard Chartered Bank, as the Business Head – Priority Banking & Deposits for the Wealth Management business in India. In his 10 years of association with Standard Chartered Bank, he played a significant role in shaping the priority banking and wealth management business model for the high net-worth customer segment in the bank.
Sameer Kamdar
Sameer is the CEO of ASK Investment Managers. He comes to the group from Mata Securities where he was the Country Head for the Mutual Funds distribution business. With over a decade's experience in the industry he is attributed with having brought the concept of corporate distribution of mutual funds to the forefront in India. He was invited by the US government to study the US Insurance & Pension fund business covering all top insurance companies and asset managers in the US.
Amit Bhagat
Amit is spearheading the Real Estate Funds and Advisory Business of the group. He joined the group from ICICI Home Finance where he was the Head of Property Services business, which consisted of Home Search (buying / selling of residential units) in the Retail segment, Commercial and Retail agency (leasing) business on the corporate side and advisory / investment banking in the structured finance business. In the advisory segment he was responsible for placement of private equity in real estate in various project specific investments across India. He was instrumental in developing a PAN India network for transactions and advisory business focusing on 20 major cities.
